The THK electric actuator linear motor series GLM20AP features high speed and high acceleration/deceleration due to the adoption of linear motors, high-precision positioning enabled by linear encoders, and the use of independently controllable multi-sliders. Additionally, it can accommodate even longer strokes compared to ball screw drives, and by connecting the base, strokes of over 4 meters are possible. Leveraging these features, it is utilized in LCD glass inspection equipment that requires high-speed operation even with long strokes, as well as in nut runners that require multi-sliders.
